Celebrate your birthday

My earliest memory of my birthday is when I was 7 years old and I thought my Mum and Dad had forgotten my birthday. I was devastated.

When I speak to any really good communicator, and ask them what is their secret, they always say that they listen.

Listening to what your customers, staff, friends and family need to say to you, whether it is positive or negative is often the most powerful thing you can do.

Counting on a brand

I was cutting it fine trying to make a meeting in South Melbourne the other day and low and behold, as I drove through Albert Park Lake, some ducks decided to cross the road really slowly. 5 minutes later, I was back enroute to my meeting with Melbourne’s top recruitment company for IT professionals.
